I appreciate an email within 3 days of your purchase, and payment within 7 days.

Returns: If a print is damaged en route, I can replace the print at no extra cost. However, I will require verification that the print has been damaged (i.e., a photograph, or return it to sender) to avoid dishonest claims.

If you receive the print and do not like it, I offer a partial refund. Just mark return to sender on the envelope and send it back. I will offer a refund minus the actual cost of the print, and the cost of shipping when the print arrives.
